“Before working with Antoinette, I was very uncomfortable. I had been diagnosed with IBS but was struggling to figure out how to properly nourish myself. Turns out I was eating all of the wrong things — small wonder I was so bloated. I also had rashes on my face and scalp. I was not sleeping well; I was exhausted.
At first, the information felt a bit overwhelming, but once I calmed down and remembered this is a process, I began to feel very comfortable with the program. It’s hard to remember that the body needs time and forming new habits doesn’t happen overnight.
